Introduction
The June 2026 Monthly Bulletin of the Ministry of Internal Security of the Federal Government of Somalia highlights the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen national security, reform security institutions, enhance the capacity of security personnel and staff, and promote cooperation between the Federal Government (FGS), Federal Member States (FMS), and international partners.
During the month, the Ministry prioritized the coordination of security operations, addressing the threats posed by mines and explosive hazards, advancing training and technical support initiatives, and implementing plans aimed at ensuring sustainable security, national stability, and efficient security service delivery.
